Cut Fracking Risks With Witech’s Wireless Tank Level Monitoring System

WT-FMS1

Real time monitoring of water level in frac tanks.

WT-FMS1

How it works? The tank’s water level is monitored by ultrasonic sensors and magnetic flow meters. The collected data is transmitted wirelessly to a concentrator that distributes the information via WIFI to an Android and IOS tablet or Smartphone for real time monitoring.

The gateway will also send all history and real time information to the Witech Frac server via 3G or Satellite. From there, the scada systems are able to poll the information via web services or just using a PC or tablet log into the Frac server using any web browser and see real time and historical information.

Benefits:

Real Time Remote monitoring of multiple tanks, pump/valves giving you status from any location using Android , IOS tablet /Smartphone or PC.

Tank levels monitored via a wireless link. Minimal hardwiring required.

Remote viewing of all parameters can be accomplished via 3G or Satellite service.

Retrieve historical data for any variable monitored.

Alarms broadcasted for flow, level or any parameter monitored

Options3G/Satellite Connectivity will allow to:

•Ultrasonic level sensors and magnetic flow meters are battery powered. • All data is transmitted to the WINET Server or to your server. •When in cell or satellite mode all information is in real time and all historical data is saved on the Winet Server. •Monitor and control of all parameters such as pump speed / status and valve positions. •View real time information as well as historical data on any Smartphone or PC anywhere in the world via an internet connection. • User access to all historical data for any tank , pump or flow meter.

Digital Inputs/outputs:

•Remote control of valve’s status either opened or closed. •Monitoring and control of pump’s RPM. •Monitoring of actual pump status (ON/OFF). •Remote controlling or monitoring of all booster pumps.

Analog Inputs/outputs:

•Monitor other analog variables such as pressure, level, flow rate, etc. •Control all analog devices remotely.

In Local operation cell or satellite data plans are not needed. Only when the data is transmitted off site is a data plan required. $

No need for operators to climb slippery stairs. Reduction by 100% of accidents while monitoring tank levels.

Get discounts on liability insurance due to increasing accident prevention.
