Responsibilities: I answer incoming calls from patients wanting to make, cancel or rearrange their appointments for the Trauma and Orthopaedic department.

I also look after 4 consultants with regards to the pending lists, keep on an eye on the choose and book side of the bookings and also work the spreadsheet with regards to after operation appointments liaising with the various wards and secretaries.
