01. Specialized Automotive Company, Riyadh :- (Since Feb 2012 to Present)

The company dealing with selling MG cars and other automotive business, undertaken by Arabian Hala Co Ltd. The Finance department was controlled and led by me for initial 02 years in the absence of Finance Director and also completed 02 auditing under my supervision.

02. Retail World Trading Co. – Al Muhaidib, Al Khobar. (From July 2008 to Jan 2012)

The Company having American branded garment shops Carters and Japan branded Daiso having multi product for decoration item and household items. Completed more than 03 years as an Accountant.

IN INDIA

1. Samak Sea Foods Margoa, Goa – (May 2001 to April 2003) - One of the famous suppliers of fish to different region in India. And company also undertaking Import and exporting of the free zed fishes.

2. Sagar Feeds Margoa, Goa – (May 2003 to Aug 2004) - One of the famous manufactures of cattle feeds in South India. The Company products are sold all over in India and in main market of the country.

3. M/s. Seahath Canning Company Margoa, Goa (Sept 2004 to Feb 2008) - One of the famous companies which produces canned sea foods .The company processing the fishes like Tuna, Sardine, Mackerel, Horse Mackerel with oil, salt and tomato sauce. The company has ISO mark to its products which sold in different regions of South India. The product has market in country like Dubai also.

Current Job Responsibilities in Specialized Automotive Co

Prepare the Income Statement and Balance Sheet & Cash Flow for the purpose ofManagement reporting.

Monthly monitoring of profit & loss account & passing reclassify-adjusting entries. Preparing costing sheet for each shipment received for Cars and Spare Parts. Accounting Fixed Assets & Calculation of monthly depreciation of Assets. Recording Monthly Accrued expenses & other recurring vouchers. Monthly Prepaid Amortization & Allocation of other expenses to respective departments. Managing Audit quarries and providing necessary scheduled and information. Maintaining various accounts books pertaining to creditors and debtors. Preparing Monthly Vendor Reconciliation and giving instruction to process payments. Monthly checking & reviewing of all reconciliations prepared by other Accountants. Checking & signing of all payment vouchers and monitoring other day to day activities. Approving daily G.L Entries, and transactions from modules like sales, purchases and stock

etc. Keeping a strong follow-up with third party & Inter-company receivable. Verification of payroll, Vacation Pay & End of Service benefits calculation of personnel’s as

per labor law.

Independent corresponding with regulating authorities. Preparing monthly Fleet (installment) customer receivable sheet and reporting overdue if
