Good working experience in various phases of Projects commissioning supervision and modification as per the site condition:

Cold loop check insulation resistance and continuity and dressing test after glanding (loop wiring continuity checks from the field instrument to marshalling cabinet through field junction box).

Perform verification or calibration of instruments ensure conformance to the process data sheet (manual calibration or with communicator HART for all types of transmitters and switch "flow, pressure, level, temperature, vibration...etc" and fire & gas detectors).

Calibration of the PRV (pressure relief valve), PSV (pressure safety valve), PCV (pressure control valve) ensure conformance to the process data sheet.

Perform verification or calibration of control valves/ON-OFF valves/ MOV’s (calibration of I/P convertors and simulate the signal and check the valve and adjust stem/limit switch position and record stroking time).

Visual inspection and dimensional verification of orifice plate and level gauge...etc. Hot loops check (test all loops under-voltage instruments site with panel “electrical, DCS...”

5-FIELD METERING EXPERIENCE (Fores Engineering) Rosetti Marino GroupeFrom 28september to 28 December 2013 at El Merk Project for ANADARKO:

Maintenance of metering system (Flowboss S600 ) sampler,- prover calibration with master meter prover - follow and give assistance commissioning tasks including loop check, wiring modification, calibration, simulation and functional test of all plant instruments: for new metering system flowboss- OMNI 600-Transmitter: pressure, temperature, flow, level calibration and follow of ONML dossier for certification...- Using different tools of calibration: HART communicator Emerson 375,475,Fluke Process calibrator, Druk tools, Presser calibrator.-The certification of all the skids for the clients including the instruments inside.

6- Sales and Proposal Manager, For the Fores Engineering Algerie EURL from 29 December till now:

- Study of all the projects offer present in Algeria Country.- Made a site survey in order to clarify all the points inside the offer.- Made a technical offer for the project surveyed.- Made a commercial offer referring to the technical offer accepted by the client.- Contact all the vendors required for the technical and commercial offers.- Collect all the offers received from the subcontractors- Price negotiation with vendors and subcontractors.- Coordination of the E&I engineering in order to complete all the part required in
