4. Perform (MVR) Material Verification Report. Verification of Material prior to cut and fabrication

as per requirement.

5. Perform Fit-Up and Dimension Inspection prior to weld as per drawing and specification.

6. Surveillance during welding to verify compliance with procedure.

7. Monitoring electrodes issuance (Backing & holding temperatures and times to be issued

recorded).

8. Carried out visual and dimensional inspection prior to client inspection and ensure weldment

and parent metal area are clean as per specification.

9. Request for NDT as per specification.

10. Perform straightness, leveling, diagonal and vertically dimensional inspection before and after

welding.

11. Up-date all daily reports (MVR, Fit Up, Visual, Dimensional, NDT and etc) into summary sheets.

12. Monitoring and supervision to ensure all the activities should base on client specifications,

codes or standard and site change. Try to minimize welding repair percentage and improve the

work.

13. Monitor NDT primarily (UT / MPI) Inspection.

14. Attend meeting with client / consultant and project management team to solve a problem and

achieve the project schedule.

15. Complete up-dating and filing final documentation.
