2- From April 07 to 2009 Speria Misr Chemical Company, Egypt. ''Operation DCS controller in Melamine Formaldehyde molding compound plant

Responsibilities • Operation Utilities units and reporting to Operations Superintendent. • follow up the production of urea and melamine molding compounds• follow up the production , spare parts and raw materials inventory• Follow up  the quality control of products• Plant Housekeeping assessment and tracing , follow up the actions plan Job Highlights • Operate the plant process areas via DCS consoles according the operational best practices following approved procedures • Ensure PPEs for the WT team & ASU is available at site and continually review their compatibility with services.

• Ensure the water, cooling tower, shift operators are well trained to manage plant/system/equipment emergencies according to units’ manual and Egyptian law regulations.

• Participate in issuing and reviewing the operation start-up and shut down procedures & check lists for plant different units, machinery and equipment's including emergency and safe normal shutdown procedures.
