Optimizing RF Related Parameters such as Neighbor list, DN, IRAT Relation (3G to 3G,3G to 2G and 2G to 3G), Antenna E Tilt , SC(Scrambling Code) and change other parameter values such as RSCP and Ec/No. By adding and deleting Neighbors for reduce Pilot Pollution, interference, addition of missing Neighbors & SC changes in order to enhance main routes performance.

Responsible for performing the drive test by DT Engineer for the network at regular intervals to check the Quality of Service & changing system parameters like Scrambling Code assignments, neighbors lists, antenna orientations & tilt to achieve better coverage, call quality & network capacity

Coordinate with Field teams to suggest physical changes at sites and for RF survey

Monitoring Daily reports to analyze the Radio network performance to verify the Radio Utilization, Drop Rate (TCH/SDCCH), Blocking (TCH/SDCCH), Assignment failures, Poor HOSR, RASR, CSR, CSSR etc.

Preparation of Nominal, RND and Detail plan for the Coverage, Capacity and New Town Site.

Responsible for Grow De-grow, Additions with fresh materials for the better performance of the network.

Tracking the Traffic Dip cases after Addition and Plan for Traffic sharing for resolution.

Responsible for Preparation of RF data, deciding the BSc w.r.t LAC Boundary for the New Sites.

Responsible for Frequency Planning, Neighbors Planning, Offloading cells for the highly Utilized cells.

Preparation and Analysis of various reports including: Capacity tracking by preparing Block Trx report, MGCEP report, TA report, MO Dump and preparation of MCOM site data.

EMF site Audit and Testing with VTM / TERM for GSM and WCDMA. Preparation of EMF reports and Calculation. Responsible for Preparation of EMF reports for new sites and Expansion Trx

cases. Monitoring performance of cell site and take corrective measures for improving

the network performance. Handling optimization of new sites and handled problems like RAB Speech drop,

interference, IRAT handover failure, handover reversion, in-building problem, antenna tilting, competitive Drive Test.
