IPTV DEPLOYMENT AT OI TELECOM (BRAZIL)In 2012 Oi (BrazilianTelco) decided to implement a triple play product (TV, phone fixed line and internet) through the fiber in Brazil. My role in this project was defining business and regulatory requirements within each area of product chain (sells, installation, billing, etc.) and guarantee with the technical suppliers (Microsoft / Ericsson and Oi IT) what should be implemented. I was ahead of the discussion and negotiation project requirements with the different teams, controlling risks on implementation and finding alternative solutions when a request failed to be delivered. We implemented the TV service in nine (9) months after bringing up over 1 thousand business and regulatory requirements.

MOBILE APPLICATIONS FOR OTT SERVICE (BRAZIL)Since we imported an OTT solution from Portugal Telecom, this project was based on: define the authentication process, customize the strings and look and feel for the existing OTT app in Portugal, manager the schedule with the deployment and operational team, test all the version of apps (android and iOS, mobile phones and tablets), report bugs and approve the deployment. After the deployment to IPTV customers, we design the architecture and solution to provide the same on OTT service to broadcast customers that were in a different headend and CRM of IPTV.

WEBSITE SALES CHANNEL - LOSANGO (HSBC GROUP)As a financial service provider, Losango developed its own web sales channel so the affiliate stores could submit their customer’s credit request. The website was used by more the 20.000 unique sales points every day. During the years that I managed this sales channel, we renew it, making it more user-friendly to salesforce and implemented monthly releases to add new features and products, correct errors and attend regulatory demands. As a product/project manager my responsibility in this web sales channel was: bring up the improvements opportunities, receive requests from the business areas, mapping them into features, prioritize the demands, perform release tests, update the training material, manage the backlog and control the budget.

ON LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE – LOSANGO (HSBC GROUP)Since Losango acted as an intermediary providing consumer credit to clients from retail store, we built a web solution so the retailer stores could managed the daily payments and the transaction history from Losango. My role in this project was understand the retailer´s needs, write the functional requirements, manage the project planning, testing and delivering the new web platform.
