Co-ordination and Correspondences with Consultants, Client, Main Contractor and Sub-Contractors

Preparation of Monthly interim Payments and Variations and Coordinating with Project Managers / Consultants for approval.

Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Method of Statements, Inspection and Testing Plans.

Handling all the MEP day to day technical and contractual activities.

Providing Technical assistance to the Contract & Estimation departments for Tendering and preparation of BOQs.

Manage a team of outsourced installation/maintenance contractors and ensures that contractors are adequately trained, equipped and motivated.

Communicate and liaise directly with warranty departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work and to initiate emergency maintenance work.
