Job Responsibilities:-
Handling business independently from 9 countries (New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Myanmar and Sri Lanka).
Setting up of sales targets. Making strategies to achieve targets. Analysis of monthly export data received from Info Drive. Competitor analysis. Managing outstanding payments. Coordination with production, Logistics & documents people for proper and timely
execution of shipments. Managing and improving customer relationship. Focus on 100% customer retention and increasing customer base for the organization. Handling of customer's complaints.
