Description
FODE Technology Program serves as the golden repository for data management in Fidelity. It is on Oracle 11g and provides data to many customers in the form of DOL and DAL's. It comprises of the huge amount of data being loaded on 24 hour basis through scheduled Loaders with working in parallel for data access by customers in the form of DOL and DAL's. Thus being so highly loaded by data it was recommended to undergo Performance testing and tuning.
The performance testing for the database was required to test the impact of the DOL's and DAL's when accessed while the loaders were in execution and to set the benchmark for further analysis. The program was divided into two phases
Testing the present 11g system and secondly perform the POC for Exadata and produce report which can help in introducing Exadata into the system over 11g.
The testing was idealized and centric to only database and no other component was involved.
Pure database testing is being performed using Oracle 2 tier protocol for scripting.

Description Project IDT –Replacement was incepted to deliver a replacement workflow process for Barclays Business. Where a Telephony User receives a request to complete a specific request from a

Description
The Barclays acquired ING Direct UK, forming Barclays Direct. Under the acquisition, Barclays acquired Residential Mortgage book, deposits, which currently equates to millions of customers. Following the acquisition, a migration Programme was established to migrate the customers and associated accounts from the systems provided. For this, mainframe jobs were designed that performed the task of migrating the data. Performance testing for this project was required to test the performance of the batch jobs and provide recommendations that lead to performance improvement.

Description
The Customer Liquidity Management Remediation program was initiated because CLM had undergone infrastructure upgrade only from UI perspective which was covered under Remediation Release. CLM UI Infrastructure was changed from UNIX to LINUX, WAS 6 to WAS 8.5 and Webseal 5.1 to SAU 6.1. The main objective of Performance Testing for this phase was to assess the impact of new UI Infrastructure on the performance of application when compared against CLM Drop 2 release and also to test the improvements in some of the functionalities marked as future fix during CLM Drop 2 release.

The Customer Liquidity Management Drop 2 program was initiated to enhance and expand the product proposition within the Cash Management area. The objectives of the release were
To enhance the functionality of the CLM system to support true EOD sweeping and inter-company lending (ICL).

The objective of the project was to migrate the content of SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010. The whole project dealt with approximately 1TB of total data with 19000 sites that were successfully migrated from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 using Microsoft Metalogix tool. Performance testing for this project was included to test the performance of the tool that migrates the data from source to destination.
