Dear Mr/ Madam:

I am an Architect recently graduated at Madrid, Spain. Involve on technologies and sustainable projects.

I am writing to apply Architect or Design job offers, based on that I found on various websites.

I am an extremely motivated and enthusiastic person and i have shown this on several occasions, for

example in my final project in Bachelor’s Arquitecture among other jobs. My interests in this field

(architecture, interior design and production of them) can see them reflected in the curriculum attached.

You can see that I am working hard to qualify me as a researcher and highly competent professional.

I believe will help me in this position and will allow me to work to my best capabilities.

During all my Bachelor of Science & Master of Science in ARCHITECTURE, I have been interested for

the design of futuristic spaces that take advantage every inch of the interior domestic space. In the

other hand I do my spaces with the capability to transform it in all of the spaces which you need in your

home. Because my motto is: “one space, all of them”. (you can see it in my short porfolio at last of

these pages) At the same time I tried to take as many courses as possible to improve my computer

abilities and broaden my horizons. In such a way that I consider myself to be an expert in Autocad.

My greatest skill is the imagination. Thanks to the number of books that I read about sci-fi (Larry Niven,

Isaac Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke, Frederik Pohl, Orson Scott Card,…) and fantasy stories, I have

developed great skill in this field, and you can see that in all of my projects. This imagination help me

to save all obstacles, apply new and vanguard technologies, and therefore I do everything I propose.

Also, my second best skill is “the computer”, I think with computer, the computer is not an obstacle for

my. In such a way that computer is “my third hand” (Don’t laugh it´s true). I´m very fast to do anything

with Autocad. Try my out.

Work with other team members as Assistant Architect or Architect Part II in labs and tiny companys

and improving my communication skills during different public exhibitions of work throughout my career,

has encouraged me to apply for this position and to improve on these skills further.

I believe that i would be a good asset to your company and would be available to discuss my application

FINAL TESSIS: Name: “RE_THINKING CITY: CENTRE OF DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGIC AT MADRID”

I really love this project. This is a

summary-panel of my last project at University of

sciences and technologies San Pablo CEU at

Madrid, Spain. In that, I do a new city which

principal objetive is the sustainability. I need to

study a lo of factors that influence in smart-citys

and finnaly i obtain a city sustainbility supporting

the standard of the actual living.

Also, I do my best models in my life. Four

models without glue, all pieces are fitted some in

others. Four differents scales that allow to verify

the scale of that I raise.

In the next pages, I leave some panels of

this project that can interest to you. If you have
