CW was original ly founded in 1971 as ?Custom Welding? and has since engineered, designed and manufactured  a wide variety of industrial , commercial and energy equipment and products, the company has signif icant expert ise and knowledge in industrial heat ing systems, power generat ion, gas compression, and st rategic design & execut ion of sophist icated service. 

Through its sub-divisions and sister companies, CW also of fers a wide range of products and services, l ike custom pressure tanks and equipment, metal heat t reatment, custom controls and instrumentat ion in a wide range of appl icat ions.

In order to bet ter service our customers, CW is in a new 60,000 square foot state of the art faci l i ty which has design, electronics, fabricat ion and assembly al l in one locat ion.

One of the most successful product l ines for CW to date has been its in-house designed and

manufactured cementing equipment for the oilf ield. The systems have been counted on as

highly reliable that complete the job accurately and eff iciently. The design includes a high

energy system for dustless cement mixing with either automatic or manual density control.

Available in trailer, truck or skid versions and high pressure pumping units are fabricated in

either single or dual pump configurations that provide the required f lexibil ity to meet the

most dif f icult job requirements.

pipe-racks. The cementing units can be

used for a wide variety of f luid pumping

operations. Typical operations include oil

well cementing, solvent pumping, pressure

testing and miscellaneous f luid pumping.

CW manufactures a complete line of stimulation equipment that can meet a variety of requirements, from acidizing equipment to fracture pumps. Because of its exceptional customer service, CW particularly excels in this area of its product l ine, helping with the design of the equipment best suited for the client?s application, to the f inal commissioning in the oilf ield. In-house engineering, software development and quality control teams allow CW control of product development, which results in the delivery of precisely the product designed for the customer.

Fracturing EquipmentCW has designed a large variety of mobile and skid-mounted fracturing machines ? pressure pumping, blending, data vans & support applications. Each design util izes the latest in electronics, motor and pump technology to ensure reliability and performance for all types of treating requirements.

Nitrogen TrucksCW offers mobile and skid-mounted nitrogen equipment in a variety of configurations including both f lameless and f ired machines. These custom configured units are designed to support various process, pipeline, and down-hole pumping operations. Each unit is designed with pressure build, or hydraulic pump off capabilit ies making them the perfect complement to a customer?s nitrogen f leet. Each CW machine is equipped with fully computerized control systems providing precise pumping operations with up to the second readouts on pressure, temperature, rate and product levels.

Custom Power Generat ion, a division of CW Manufacturing Ltd, is a custom power generation manufacturing house, focused on tailored generator products, services and related equipment. With over 30+ years of power generation experience, our staff is here to be your trusted advisors. Our services include sales of power generation units, automatic transfer / paralleling systems and ancillary equipment. Custom power-generation packaging, turnkey power-plant manufacturing and power generation consultation services. Metal Heat Treatment R&R Stress Rel ieving Service Ltd is a CW sister company and is a Metal Heat Treatment company. Incorporated in 1982, R&R has 11 gas f ired furnaces located at our head off ice in Nisku, Alberta, and an additional 5 gas f ired furnaces located in Blackfalds, Alberta.

R&R Stress has the most extensive selection of furnaces in Western Canada, with furnaces ranging in size from 3 to 90 feet in length. R&R also offers mobile on-site heat treatment solutions, with 13 mobile units in Western Canada. The Heat Treating Technicians util ize the electrical resistance method, incorporating the use of Flexible Ceramic Pad Heaters (FCP).
