A person should be baptized to enter God's family (Gal. 3:26,27); the N.T. church is the "house" (family) of God, 1 Tim. 3:15.

  A person is baptized in harmony with the teaching of the N.T. was in the kingdom and in the N.T. church, Matt. 16:18-19; Heb. 12:22-23, 28; Col. 1:13

 The people baptized in Acts 2 formed a church in Jerusalem, 2:47; 8:1
