vSphere vMotion, and svMotion. Deploying the VMs from template,
cloning a VM, and creating FT for VM
Troubleshooting and resolving vCenter server, ESX/ESXi, Virtual
Machine and network.
Managing ESX Architecture, guest OS installation, setting up of
VM priorities, Cloning, Snapshots, VM
resource allocation
ESXi Host update & upgrades using VMware Update manager
Installing VMware vCenter Converter and perform P2V migration to

installing all VMware tools per customer's request
Monitoring the virtual Infrastructure using VC alarms, Solar
winds and Whats up gold
Working on Active Directory, User & Group Management
issues
Administration of Windows 2008R2 Servers including Active
directory Services, DC, ADC, CDC, RODC,
DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policies
Creating User accounts and Group policies as per the project
requirement
