Make a copy of the “blends” page on 1 color card stock. Make a copy of the “ending chunks” on another

color card stock. Laminate and cut apart the tiles. Children will turn the tiles upside down and draw 1 of

each color. If they can make a word, they keep the tiles. Play continues to the next child. When time is

up, each word counts as 1 point. The player with the most points wins the game!

Students will say the sentence and will pound and tap each word in the sentence.
