Tata Motors launchesnew Vista D90 in Nepal
NEW DELHI, May 20:Expanding its product portfolio, Tata Motors
today said it has
launched its new premium hatchback Vista D90 in Nepal, pricedup
to NPR 26,95,000 (about Rs 17 lakh).
"The Vista D90 is altogether a new car, which is
power-packed,has first-in-class technologies and sportier looks for
thrill-seekingcar buyers.
"We already have enquires for the Vista D90 and we hope
thatcustomers like our latest offering in the market," Tata
MotorsCountry Manager (Passenger Vehicles Business Unit - Nepal
andBhutan) Gurinder Singh said in a statement.
The Vista D90 is powered by a 1.3 litre quadrajet diesel
engine.The company claims the car gives a mileage of 21.12
kilometre perlitre of fuel.
"The Tata Vista D90 ZX PLUS (top-end) is priced at NPR26,95,000.
It comes with a warranty of two years/75,000 kms,amongst the best

Samsung launches Galaxy GrandQuattro in India for Rs 17,290
MUMBAI, May 20:Aimed at maintaining its leadership position in
the smartphone
segment in the country, Korean handset maker SamsungElectronics
today announced the launch of its Galaxy GrandQuattro, priced at Rs
17,290.
With the launch of this device, Samsung now has a portfolio of14
smartphones priced between Rs 5,990 and Rs 41,500, he added.
In December last year, Samsung had said it sold over 10 mil-lion
Galaxy devices in India since the launch of the first Galaxydevice,
'Galaxy S', in June 2010.
Its range of Galaxy devices include Galaxy S, Galaxy SII,
SIIIand now SIV, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy Y. (PTI)
