You must register as a DART vendor in the Vendor Business Center toreceive a copy of the solicitation package. If your firm is not registered,you will not receive critical information, such as amendments.

Questions, answers, statements made during this conference shall notchange or modify the solicitation unless they are provided in writing andissued in an amendment to the solicitation.

Risk Management – Nery Armbruster

Ms. Nery Armbruster is the Risk Management Administratorand will brief you on insurance requirements for thissolicitation.

Any questions concerning insurance, please submit them toReginald Valentine in writing and a response will be providedto you in a timely fashion.

Insurance General Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence including Products

and Completed Operations coverage. DART needs to be listed as an additional insured.

Automobile Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence. DART needs to be listed as an additional insured.

Workers Compensation – Statutory Benefits and $500,000 Employers Liability. Employer Indemnity type policies will NOT be accepted. Required from Prime & Subcontractors working on site. Waiver of subrogation in favor of DART.

Only the successful offeror will be required to submit evidence of insurance.

Project Goals

Member of Economic Opportunity Staff member will discuss Diversity goal requirements.

Intent to Perform documents shall be completed and submitted at the time of bid.
