Who Should Attend This symposium is designed for and limited to the plastic surgeon or otolaryngologist who would benefit from a refresher course in the anatomy and fundamentals of rhinoplasty. The didactic course will pro-vide an update on specific aspects and problems of rhinoplasty. Regis-tration is limited.
Purpose and ContentThe symposium is designed to take the participant from the basic funda-mentals of rhinoplasty through the latest refinements and advancements in technique. It will consist of didactic lectures, cadaver dissections, panel discussions, question-and-answer periods, and evening DVD sessions. An anatomic nasal dissection DVD will be provided to all participants reg-istered for the anatomy laboratory. Participants will observe experienced surgeons demonstrate advanced closed and open rhinoplasty techniques via unedited videotaped surgery. Participants may directly engage in ques-tions and answers with the surgeons.
Educational ObjectivesAt the end of the didactic course, the attendees should be able to: n Clinically analyze and diagnose common and subtle rhinoplasty problems n Identify the appropriate rhinoplasty techniques for specific rhinoplasty problems n Develop an individual approach to rhinoplastyn Implement advances in techniques and technology in secondary rhinoplasty into daily clinical practice. Accreditation and Credit Designation StatementsThe University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center designates this live activity for a maximum of 25.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activities.
Of the 25.5 credits, 10.0 credits have been identified as applicable to patient safety.

Discussion of Off-Label UseBecause this course is meant to educate physicians with what is currently in use and what may be available in the future, there may be off-label use discussed in the presentations. Speakers have been requested to inform the audience when off-label use is being discussed.

The registration fee includes continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, and a Saturday evening reception. Anatomy lab participants will receive an anatomic nasal dissection DVD during registration at the hotel. Registration for the anatomy lab is lim-ited and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not make travel reservations unless your registration has been confirmed. Who Should Attend This symposium is designed for and limited to the plastic surgeon or otolaryngologist who would benefit from a refresher course in the anatomy and fundamentals of rhinoplasty. The didactic course will pro-vide an update on specific aspects and problems of rhinoplasty. Regis-tration is limited.
Purpose and ContentThe symposium is designed to take the participant from the basic funda-mentals of rhinoplasty through the latest refinements and advancements in technique. It will consist of didactic lectures, cadaver dissections, panel discussions, question-and-answer periods, and evening DVD sessions. An anatomic nasal dissection DVD will be provided to all participants reg-istered for the anatomy laboratory. Participants will observe experienced surgeons demonstrate advanced closed and open rhinoplasty techniques via unedited videotaped surgery. Participants may directly engage in ques-tions and answers with the surgeons.
Educational ObjectivesAt the end of the didactic course, the attendees should be able to: n Clinically analyze and diagnose common and subtle rhinoplasty problems n Identify the appropriate rhinoplasty techniques for specific rhinoplasty problems n Develop an individual approach to rhinoplastyn Implement advances in techniques and technology in secondary rhinoplasty into daily clinical practice. Accreditation and Credit Designation StatementsThe University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center designates this live activity for a maximum of 25.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activities.
Of the 25.5 credits, 10.0 credits have been identified as applicable to patient safety.

Discussion of Off-Label UseBecause this course is meant to educate physicians with what is currently in use and what may be available in the future, there may be off-label use discussed in the presentations. Speakers have been requested to inform the audience when off-label use is being discussed.

Anatomy lab participants will receive an anatomic nasal dissection DVD during registration at the hotel.
