Eco-Tex Dual Oxygen Aerobic Systems – Our second Generation Technology An irrigation lagoon for a nursery company.

A 52 unit housing development.

A tipping floor wash system for a Portland area garbage company.

• This suspended equipment bay was a major step to reliability and improved control of the circulation of the primary cell in the DOAS system.

This is a photo of the HIOS systems for the nursery in Gaston, Oregon. When we installed the system the Algae was so bad that you could see only inches into the 3 million gallon pond. After a week you could see down several feet. This installation was featured in a National Nursery magazine.

Eco-Tex Dual Oxygen Aerobic Systems – Our First Generation TechnologyThese Photos show the power and controls behind the HIOS System

The photo below is of a manure lagoon HIOS and Frequency generator system. The blowers here are 10 HP units. Probably the last we will use. . .

The photo above is the operating system for the garbage company closed loop system. The local sewage plant would not accept there effluent . . .

The photo below is of the control panel for the garbage company. When the company became concerned that the trucks would bring excess water into the system, we added another storage tank. . .

Eco-Tex Dual Oxygen Aerobic Systems – Our third Generation Technology

What makes this a third generation product?

In tests in Ecuador we included a 7 cell clarifier. In these tests we were able to convert 51,000 PPM salt water into a 99.95% pure water product. Here we noted that there was no debris past the 4th cell. What the clarifier does is only allow the best of the best water to be transferred to the next cell. This system can be used for a low cost new application for housing, commercial, industrial or agriculture. It also makes an excellent upgrade for an existing system or a pretreatment system for an overload for an existing sewage plant..

Eco-Tex Dual Oxygen Aerobic Systems – Our third Generation Technology

This drawing shows the cell dividers which make up the clarifier system..

Water flows through the half circles in the 3 ply 12 Mil material into the next cell. This design is unique and helps to assure us of most satisfactory results. Using this technology, the company’s technology is approved in Ecuador and Mexico for all environmental work.

Eco-Tex Manure Lagoon ProjectsAmong our early projects was designing a manure lagoon system. The photo on this page is typical of what we see on U.S dairy. Farms. The current procedure is to stir the lagoon with a 6’ propeller, break the crust, and load the effluent into a spreader for direct application to the land Under the manure contracts this is allowed 2 times a year. The number of cows the dairy milks is legally limited by how much land the farm operates.

Page 8: Danca Eco Tex Remediation Presentation 112012 (Abrv)

A typical Manure LagoonConverting this crusted over manure lagoon into plain water was once a difficult task for the farm.

The current Dual Oxygen Aerobic System is a third generation product.

Advantages:

No Odor

No Sludge

Can be applied with standard irrigation equipment.

The oxygenated water that is produced by this system requires far less water, chemicals and power to produce a crop.

Page 9: Danca Eco Tex Remediation Presentation 112012 (Abrv)

The Successful HIOS Installation Produces Foam• During the first week of treatment, there will be 4-6 inches

of foam that will cover the entire lagoon. We interpret this as the indicator of intense aerobic bacterial activity.

• After 2-3 days odor dissipates to none. Also important no longer subject to the EPA Manure Management Agreement.

This is the same lagoon after treatment for two weeks. . .

Fed by the oxygen produced by the system, they rapidly colonize the lagoon and consume the solids.

The lagoon is blue, and there is no evidence of solids. The output of this dual system has the capacity to continually stir the water, delivering the highly oxygenated water to the entire lagoon.
