Author begins sketching specification in MS/Word using “Ideas”
As specification jells, author drags it to “Drafts” and creates several versions
Author copies final draft to Review and Approval where Category is added and

Reviewers collaborate on producing final version and, upon completion, move the document to “Publish and Make Record”
Upon arrival in “Publish and Make Record”, specification automatically
