Public Policy Engagement

From 1997 to 2002 he was Commissioner of the Public Services Authority of the Rome City

Council. He oversaw the contracts and the standards of performance of public services, including

transports, electricity, garbage, cultural activities (including the Theatre of Rome, the Opera House,
