ABOUT ME

OTHER INTERESTSHis experience includes filming in caves and mountain climbing. Also Danny loves diving, and right now is getting his PADI card.He speaks fluent English and Spanish.Before becoming a sound recordist, Danny was a successful musician and singer for 12 years. During this period he enrolled to study in Malaga's school of drama, going on to work with some success as a television actor in Spanish tv series. This experience helps his technical input and understanding of a director's needs, especially when filming drama.His current passion is travel. His dream job, naturally, is a fantastic story that needs to be filmed in a far away land. Don't hesitate to call if that sounds like your production!

Danny's interest in sound grew from his passion as a Musician, performing all overSpain and recording in the studios as frontman for his successfully signed band,"Sesamo".

In 1993 he followed up his interest in Sound and Music, this time backstage by touringwith Spain's biggest bands as the P.A. Engineer. His ability as a technician continuedwhile he adapted his experience to work in the demanding audio environment of Theatre.He is still recognised within Andulucia as one of the top Engineers for Flamencoand Tango.

The live experience of both Music and Theatre and the controlled attention to detailof Studio Recording set him in a great position as he turned his hand to locationrecording for Film and Television. For the last 12 Years he has been working asa freelance Sound Recordist and had the good fortune to shoot a large variety ofproductions, from Documentaries to Drama, Commercials and Pop Promos, taking himall over the world experiencing all kinds of environments for a diverse range ofproductions.

He is a dedicated professional with lots of experience and enthusiasm and can quicklyadapt to all kinds of situations while remaining relaxed, positive member of anyteam.
