Located in Postbridge in the middle of Dartmoor,
Dart Cottage is just yards from the local pub, village
shop and the open moor. The East Dart river is close
by with its granite hump back bridge and the ancient
clapper bridge. The ancient stannary town of
Chagford is about 7 miles away where there is a wide
variety of day to day and specialist shops. Tavistock
is about 10 miles and Exeter is approximately 18
miles. From Postbridge children would be bused to
Widecombe Primary School or Ashburton
Community College for senior schooling.

A gated entrance at the side of the property leads to
