The Property

Dart Cottage is a character detached granite built

home beneath a slate roof. It is well presented and

has good natural light with four receptions plus a

study, a kitchen with an oil fired Aga and plenty of

Situation

Located in Postbridge in the middle of Dartmoor,

Dart Cottage is just yards from the local pub, village

shop and the open moor. The East Dart river is close

by with its granite hump back bridge and the ancient

clapper bridge. The ancient stannary town of

Chagford is about 7 miles away where there is a wide

variety of day to day and specialist shops. Tavistock

is about 10 miles and Exeter is approximately 18

miles. From Postbridge children would be bused to

Widecombe Primary School or Ashburton

Entrance

and to the front door. The front door is a painted

A door leads from the hall into the breakfast room
