Program Content

This training program covers 12 units of competency taken from the Business Services Training Package which is recognised na�onally.

There is one (1) core unit and eleven (11) elec�ve units to complete.

RTOThe training will be delivered by Dovaston Training and Assessment Centre

Study ModeSelf-paced workbooks will be issued to the student, to support the work-based (on the job) training provied.

Further Study and Career PathwaysFurther training pathways from this qualifica�on include, but are not limited to BSB40215 Cer�ficate IV in Business, or a range of other Cer�ficate IV qualifica�ons. On comple�on of this qualifica�on credit(s) may be available into Higher Educa�on courses.
