Nasdaq Nordic took the decision in the beginning of 2015 to move out from the current LUNDA data center located west of Stockholm to the new VASBY data center north of Stockholm. The new data center is a modern Next Generation Data center purpose built for the Nasdaq service offering with:

• High power density • Tier 3 dedicated electrical and mechanical infrastructure • Easy access from Stockholm and Arlanda Airport • Green datacenter with state of the art cooling system delivering a PUE of 1.2 • Carrier neutral facility with diverse telecom entrances

Nasdaq Genium INET system hosting Nasdaq Equity Derivates, Fixed Income and Commodities exchanges primary site is currently located at the Lunda data center. Currently we are building new infrastructure at Väsby data center together with a new Genium INET system that will be the Primary system as of June 20th, 2016. Since we are building a new system and network environment some services provided will get new destination IP addresses and TCP ports to connect to . This will impact most of the front-ends connecting to Genium INET so please read this presentation to understand how the data center relocation will impact you. We also take the oppertunity to update our Nasdaq Port data center with an updated system and network environment. This update will also contain new destination IP adresses and TCP ports to services accessed through Nasdaq Extranet.

GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE TEST (1/2)

As of May 30th a new test period will commence for all members connecting to Nasdaq Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income and Commodities markets. The test period is scheduled between May 30th – June 11th and will include some mandatory tests for members using Trading Workstation, Clearing Workstation1, 3rd party applications using OMnet and FIX, GV Portal and Trade Guard The purpose of this powerpoint is to inform members of Nasdaq Equity Derivates, Fixed Income and Commodities about the mandatory tests and time schedules for the Genium INET pre-prod systems at VASBY and Nasdaq PORT data centers. This testperiod will focus on Trading, Clearing, FIX failover and ITCH/AMD multicasts. To be able to attend in these tests, members have to ensure connectivity to the new destination IP addresses. During this test period it Its mandatory to: • Login with all applications used for trading and clearing. • Match an order/enter a trade •See the postions in the clearing applications •To participate in the FIX failover tests to ensure full connectivity •To participate in the ITCH tests to ensure full connectivity Members are responsible to participate in these tests and are responsible to ensure their connectivity to all Nasdaq services currently used. Members who choses not to participate in test or to test certain interfaces is responsible for any potential issue that may occur due to Nasdaq data center relocation. After completion of tests a test report should be filled in and sent to [email protected] to inform Nasdaq the results of the tests. Please note that Nasdaq will not follow up any services not tested by the member. Site failover test for OMnet (Trading Workstation, Clearing Workstation 1 & 3rd party applications using OMnet). Genium INET Systems are always active on both sites for all applications using OMnet (Trading Workstation , Clearing Workstation1 etc. This means that a members can login and trade during markets opening hours on the primary and disaster recovery system. On June 9 at 12:00 CEST, a site failover will occur. This means that we will disable all logins to Genium INET primary site (VASBY). A failover of the primary FIX gateway to our failover gateway at Nasdaq PORT data center will occur the same time. Failovers will be done the following times (CEST):
