Data-driven Organization Lessons learned
I have learned that…
• Transforming to a data-driven organization can take years to achieve
• If the ED is not fully committed to the transformation, nothing happens
• Using the 20/80 rule has been very helpful during the transformation process
• Although NPOs do not have all the economic resources needed to embrace a transformation, there are partners who are waiting for an opportunity to help
