• Figure out just what the heck we were supposed to be doing.

• Solicit ideas and recommendations from network staff (including biotechs, coordinators, others)

• Determine: who uses plans or SOPs? How? • What’s working and not working?• Are they no longer plans and are now

something else? • Would SharePoint be a good tool to use?
