System Architecture By providing numerous hardware and software configuration options, the system has been designed to meet a wide range of customer budgets and operational scenarios. Great attention has also been paid to ensuring the system is robust enough for the demanding environment of manufacturing, as well as scaleable from a basic, "single host" solution to a complex, "distributed hosts" solution. With a fully documented database you may either use DPC's own Enterprise Manager tool or utilise standard ODBC links to produce your own reports or create links with your other factory systems. Work in Progress (WIP) Manager WIP Manager provides work-in-progress tracking against unique manufacturing orders in order to implement product traceability and order fulfillment monitoring. By linking data captured by WIP Manager with data captured by Setup Manager, DPC is capable of providing component level traceability. User specific libraries allow bespoke integration with in house systems and procedures with reliability of standard core product.
