End-to-End Workflow Recap

• Identified possible and agreed-upon metadata and provenance related events within the workflow

• Updates to Workflow diagram:– Include HIE as a potential receiving system– Combine ‘extract/aggregate clinical information,’ ‘maintain clinical

information,’ and ‘create exchange artifact’ when data passes through an intermediary

• Determined that we are trying to be agnostic as to whether the flow is a ‘pull’ or ‘push’ mechanism

• Need to define attestation/attest and when it should occur
