Our call charges start with 2 cents per call and there is no limit to the number of calls you can do at any one day. If you have your own message gateway we can integrate it with any accessible API. T his package implements 100% nave messaging right onto your salesforce.com screen and enables the salesforce.com user to seamlessly send personalized voice messages (text to voice), of course text messages and emails but also Web Services Calls. Using Web Services salesforce.com can talk to „things“ or execute more complex soſtware related tasks which is a very effecve way to deal with the „Internet of Things (IoT)“ challenges your company might encounter. Conference calling, transfer calls and two-way communicaon (dial 1 for „yes“, 2 for „no“ or connect to an agent) can be implemented as oponal features. Licensees of Level 4 will have access to our growing pool of analytical templates across all

supported back-end systems and IoT devices we are engaged in. They will also benefit from the customized back-end connectors we make publicly available to all our platform users. Our platform is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and therefore very secure and scalable.

EXAMPLE:

An industrial washing machine reports an error through a Web Services Call,

salesforce.com receives the Web Services Call and automatically matches the

product ID with the right customer. Depending on the error code sent through

by the washing machine the appropriate event / message is triggered from

within salesforce.com. This could be a basic email with error repair advice, a

warning voice call or SMS or even a Web Services Call to initiate a corrective

action to the washing machine. Alternatively if you don‘t want to send a

message or Web Services Call you can also trigger an event / task within

salesforce.com to dispatch a technician or to get support to call the customer

etc...

the back-end systems by integrating data and information from legacy systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft - even AS400 and the likes for each individual customer on our platform.
