Video verification can now be seamlessly performed from the convenience of any GMS workstation in your security environment. By applying a simple plugin to your existing GMS System and adding the appropriate licenses, you can easily combine access control, intruder alarm and video verification in a single solution.

GMS operators typically respond to alarm conditions by “actioning” an “event” displayed on the GMS client workstation. When actioning events from a GMS Workstation Client, the GMS operator will receive the associated live or recorded video image.

The intelligent interface between Pacom’s GMS and Panasonic‘s video products adds a new dimension to integrated access, alarm and video interoperability.

Key Features

this displayed video enables the operator to quickly and visually verify the threat and then put in place the appropriate alarm handling procedure to ensure that it is effectively managed.

Camera icons can also be easily added to GMS interactive site maps to provide operators with a graphical representation of any site. By simply clicking on the camera icon, live video is streamed from the camera directly to the operator’s desktop and displayed adjacent to the site map and transaction log.
