Best of luck at the QLD state championships

As we reach the mid-way point of the season our Cairns West Edge Hill Tigers team are steadily making progress.

We recently played two games over the weekend, playing two of the top four teams. I was proud to say as the coach that we were very competitive and just ran out of puff in the second half. We currently sit in 7th position out of 10 teams in the competition which is a fantastic result consid-ering our team has only been together for a few months and most of our boys have never played an official game before.

Most importantly, our boys are having a heaps of fun each week and really gelling as friends.

More updates soon…….Mr L’Orange soccer coach
