Profile/Mission Multi-media studio operations/project manager privileged to have worked with premier digital production/post organizations where outstanding talent, superior creativity and the highest quality deliverables reflect excellence in achieving client marketing/communications objectives.

Past hiring predicated on the idea that I am an ideal change agent, an operations makeover specialist and “fixer”…strengths include A-list talent team building, facility transformation/expansion, workflow analysis, identifying best practices, ensuring budgeting accuracy and optimal resource allocation for efficiency in meeting company/client goals.

Pursuing studio production/post operations staff and/or project management/senior producer assignments in a start-up or established media organization facing challenges to launch, profitability, cost control, client growth/retainment, team morale, forward thinking culture.

Career/Achievements DLMedia/Velocity Studios, Producer-Director/Shooter-Editor, 2015-present Formed to assist small to medium sized companies by leveraging the power of video and platforms to drive engagement and elevate brand. DLM supports projects in which all production aspects from planning and technical hands-on through standard post are handled on my own. Velocity Studios involves collaboration with creative partners and facilities for projects of scale involving larger budgets, multiple days/locations/crew and distribution channels. Clients include Kane Graphical, WhiteSpace Mktg., Affy Tapple, Chicago Sun-Times, SportsFyle.

DDB/Chicago Post-Production/Digital Assets Manager, 2008-2015 Charged with revamping the in-house post-production department at Omnicom owned ad agency to boost revenues and establish sustained profitability. Clients include McDonald’s, State Farm, Wrigley, Capital One, Anheuser-Busch, Aveeno and Safeway. Supported new business pitch initiatives, brand awareness/reinforcement and awards competition video entries. • Revenues rose from $685K to $2.4M with 2014 profitability finishing at 14.25% despite challenge of 125% overhead and contraction/loss of agency business.
