Day 1 - Singapore (via) Kolkatta Paro – (approx. 2hrs drive) Thimphu Assemble at Changi Airport for your flight to Paro by Druk Air via Kolkata. Upon arrival, warm welcome from Bhutanese representatives. Visit to Kyichu Lhakang which dates back to the 7th century. Then, stop at Rinpung Dzong. It is the most famous temple in Bhutan, and maybe the best representative of Bhutanese architecture that you will see. Upon arriving Thimphu, visit the Trashichhoe Dzong (outer building). It is an impressive monastery that houses Secretariat building, the throne room of His Majesty, the King and various government offices. It is also the summer residence of Chief Abbot and central monk body. Day 2 - Thimphu Tour begins with visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha point), the siting Buddha statue is 167 feet high and situated on top of a hill overlooking the city of Thimpu. National Memorial Chorten is an impressive monument with its golden spires shining in the sun, its bells tinkling in the wind and an endless procession of elderly people circling around it. Visit Motithang Takin Mini Zoo, a wildlife reserve area for Takin, the National Animal of Bhutan. Then, proceed to National Institute for Zorig Chusum, commonly known as 'the painting school. It operates four- to six-year courses that provide instruction in Bhutan's 13 traditional arts. Students specialise in painting, woodcarving, embroidery or clay statue-making. Have a glimpse into the traditional Bhutanese Life at the Folk Heritage Museum where the artefacts are kept inside the house remind the visitors about how the rural Bhutanese live today. At the Traditional Handmade Paper Factory, learn how the paper products are made from a mulberry plant bark called Daphne. Visit The Post Office, create personalized postage stamps with your own photo for souvenir or sent home on a postcard (own expenses). Continue to Changlimithang Stadium & Archery Ground. Then visit Changangkha Lhakhang, built in 12th century & is the oldest temple in Thimphu. Then we shall proceed to Amankora Resort to enjoy our Afternoon Tea with Special Handmade Cookies. Visit the Bhutan Handicraft Emporium & Authentic Bhutanese Crafts Street spectacle view of traditional bamboo huts, showcasing a wide range of authentic Bhutan-made art and craft. Day 3 - Thimphu – (approx. 7hrs drive) – Trongsa We take a morning drive to Trongsa in central Bhutan over the Black Mountains and Pele La pass (3300 m or 10825 ft.). The drive takes 7 hours and packed lunch is prepared for the journey. Tour highlight is the Trongsa Dzong founded in 1543, a masterpiece of architecture containing a maze of courtyards, passageways, corridors and additional 23 temples. Day 4 - Trongsa – (approx. 4.5hrs drive) – Gantey Gompa – Phobjika Valley – Wangdue We head back towards Thimphu stopping by the important cultural, historical and natural sites enroute. Packed lunch is again

prepared for the journey. The first stop is at Gantey Gompa (monastery) perched atop a small hill that arises from the floor of

Phobjika Valley. The valley of Phobjika, home of the endangered migratory (est. December - February) black-necked crane is one of

the most beautiful spots in Bhutan.

Day 5 - Wangdue – Punakha – (approx. 3hrs drive) – Thimphu – (approx. 2hrs drive) – Paro We take a morning drive to Punakha the old capital of Bhutan to visit Punakha Dzong (fort) built in 1637 by Shabdrung Ngawang

Namgyel, the most famous name in Bhutanese history. Enroot visit Chimi Lhakhang, the auspicious fertility monastery built in

1949. Walk through paddy and mustard fields of the temples, which is located on top of a small hill. Hike up through fields of

chillies, cabbages and rice along the banks of the Mo Chhu to Khamsum Yuelley Namgyal Chorten Temple, which was built by

the Queen Mother of Bhutan for peace and stability. Then, visit the Sangchhen Dorji Lhuendrup Lhakhang Nunnery. This temple

is situated on the hillock overlooking the valley of Punaka and Wangduephodrang and houses a 14-foot main bronze statue of

Avalokiteshvara, one of the biggest in the country handwork by Bhutanese artisans. The temple complex also houses a permanent

learning and meditation centre for nuns where, apart from religious trainings. It provides life skill training such as tailoring,

embroidery, statue making and thanka painting. After Lunch proceeding to Paro over the Dochu La pass, probably the most

popular pass in Bhutan is not only a good place to stopover after a long winding drive to Thimphu, but on a perfect weather

provides an outstanding view of the snow-capped Eastern Himalayas range. This pass is also where 108 religious stupas known as

"Druk Wangyal Chortens" have been built to reflect Bhutan’s spiritual and artistic traditions. Stop for some tea and view the

eastern Himalayas. Continue your drive to Punakha Valley.

Day 6 - Paro Have an early breakfast and walk about 2 hours to Taktshang Monastery perched giddily on a rocky ledge, with a waterfall

cascading as if from the blue. Taktshang means‘Tiger Nest’. Guru Padmasambhava, known as the Second Buddha, alighted

from flying tigress and meditated at this shrine in the second half of the 8th century. As a result, it is the dream destination for

Buddhist pilgrims from the world over. If desired, pony ridings would be arranged (own expense). On Way back, visit Drukgyel

Dzong, a victory fortress of the 17th century. Although in ruins, this Dzong is preserved for its great historical importance. Later,

visit to Local Farm House to see how Bhutanese farmers live and have chance to taste the local rice wine “ara”. Experience &

learn the making of the famous Local Dish (Ema datshi) Local Cheese with Chills’. Later, visit the Local Market of Paro Town

for Last minute shopping.

Day 7 - Paro (via) Kolkatta Singapore After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight home via Kolkatta.

稍后继续开车前往廷布。参观扎西却宗

(Trashi Chhoe Dzong) *只限外观,一座令人

第 2天 - 廷布

第 5天 - 旺杜 - 普那卡 – (约 3 小时车程) - 廷布 – (约 2 小时车程) - 帕罗 我们驱车前往不丹的首府普那卡,参观不丹历史上最有名的夏仲阿旺朗杰于 1637 年建造了坐落在母亲河和父亲河

交界处的普那卡宗(Punakha Dzong)。接着参观建于 1949 年的切米拉康佛寺(Chimi Lhakhang),无子嗣的夫妇往往来

此祈福。穿过位于小山顶上的庙宇的稻田和芥末田。徒步穿过 Mo Chhu 湖畔稻田,到不丹王母为和平与稳定而建

的卡姆沙耶里纳耶纪念碑 (Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten)是不丹唯一一座全部供奉各类护法神的佛塔,他的各层

分别供奉着不同的保护神的神像,这在世界上也是独一无二的。整个工程历时八年半的时间。然后,参观 Sangchhen

Dorji Lhuendrup Lhakhang(女修道院)。这座寺庙位于小丘上,俯瞰普那卡和旺杜波德朗山谷(Wangdue Phodrang),并
