SUBJECT: DDWP MEETING HELD AT 1100 HOURS ON 27/10/2014.

A meeting was held under the chairman ship of the Additional Secretary Sports & Tourism Department. The following attended:

ITEM NO.1: ADP NO. 1035-130061 ESTABLISHMENT OF PLAYGROUNDS IN KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA ON NEED BASIS.

Discussion: The PC-I submitted by C&W Department to DG Sports for establishing play grounds in District Chitral, DI Khan, Karak & Dir Lower are on high side. Engineering wing sports department presented a standard PC-I for all the 36 play grounds identified in the umbrella PC-I according to the criteria set in the umbrella PC-I at serial 7.1 Decision:1. Engineering wing PC-I has been approved subject to area factor as per MRS

2013 and topography of the area.

2. Engineering wing shall submit the district wise PC-I for all play grounds within 7 days.

ITEM NO. 2: ADP NO. 1051-140036 ESTABLISHMENT OF PICNIC SPOTS AT SUITABLE PLACES IN MALAM JABA, DISTRICT SWAT.

Decision: 1. 3 sites have been selected instead of 5 sites.

2. Only 2 kanal of land at each site may be acquired through DC, Swat.

3. Construction may be according to the local traditions.

4. Proper design and PC-I of the three sites shall be submitted to the Finance, P&D and Sports Department within 7 days positively.

5. Finance & P&D may vet the PC-I and Design within 15 days of DDWP.
