Sub: Spell-1 CHANGE OF Observer Order, Observer Dairy,
Remuneration forms, Instructions to the Observers, for MBA/MCA
Examinations scheduled from 03-03-2014-Reg. Principals of all the
MBA/MCA Colleges affiliated to JNT University Hyderabad are
requested to intimate the observers drafted from their College for
Spell-I(03-03-2014-18.03.2014) that they should contact the
principal of respective College, where they have to perform
Observer duty from 03-03-2014 onwards. The Observers has to contact
one day before in order to collect information about exact location
of the College and transport facilities available to reach the
College in time to avoid any delay in commencement of
examination.
If the observers drafted to their colleges for Spell-I did not
contact one day before, Principals should contact the below
mentioned Colleges from which observer were drafted.If there is any
discrepancy, you are requested to contact the Addl. Controller of
Examiantions-5(8008103823) for clarification.
All the Observers drafted to perform observer duty are requested
to download the attachment of Observer Dairy, Remuneration form, TA
& DA bills, Instructions to the Observers should fill the
particulars and submit them to the Addl. Controller of
Examiantions-5 after completion of the spell. The Account number,
Pan number, IFSC code and mobile number of the observer are
must.
Note: 1) Without Observers Colleges should not commence the
examinations.
Allotment Observers duties MBA/MCA University Reg/Supple End
Examinations, March 2014 ORDER:-
The following faculty members were drafted as External Observers
for MBA/MCA Regular/Supple. Examinations commencing from
03-03-2014, at the Colleges mentioned below:
He/She is requested to report to the Principal & Chief
Superintendent of examinations at the College 1 hour in advance on
each day of examination. He/She is eligible for conveyance and
other allowances as per the University guidelines (refer annexure)
and also for a remuneration of Rs.300/- per each session of
examination.

:The University Observerorder, Observer dairy, TA/DA & Observer
Remuneration bill must be submitted after obtaining the counter
signatures of the Chief Superintendent of the examination centre
and should be sent to this Office of Addl. Controller of
Examinations-5 after completion of their

copy of Guidelines for Observers along with Observers Dairy is
enclosed, which should be filled on each day of examination.
Observer should strictly follow the guidelines for smooth conduct
of examinations. The Observers are requested to contact the Addl.
Controller of Exams-5, if any clarification is required during
conduct of
