I. The significam Fifty-Sixtb Myanma Gems Emporium will be held on March 11 to20.2019 ar Maniradana Jade Hall in Nay Pyi Taw .') Rough jade, rough gerns, cut and polished gernstones, jewelries, jade carvings ,gold and silver W~Ul!S and gernstone pictures will be sold in Euro currency at theEmporium.3. Gems lots and jade lots will be put up for sale through open tender system andspecífying reserve prices as follows;

4. Foreign vísitors eligible for the following qualifications will be granted admíssion tothe Fifty-Sixth Emporiurn 2019. excluding those blacklisted for their default on paymentin tJle previous emporiums;

(c) The person who requested to receive the mvitation card through the respectivoErnbassies anel Consulate - General. .

(d) Foreign visitors are permissible to make bids for lhe lots up (O the value of theIü-fold of the minirnum deposít paíd by the types of gernstones. The minimurn

amount of deposit to be paid and the arnount permiucd to bid are as follows;

Jade Hall, Registration Offíce to the foreign merchants who have already paid tbe depositahead,

6. Application Forms for admíssion to Emporiurn can be downloaded from providedwebsites (www.mining.gov.mm or www.mge.gov.mm), starting form l6th Febnwy2019. Application can also be submitted via On-Líne Pre-Registranon Systern from

www.mge.gov.mm. The requirements to make theadmissíon card are as follow;

(a) Name, Passport and National Scrutiny Card No. (Passport Issuing Country)

(b) Clear Photocopy of Passport.

(c) Clear Two passport photos taken withín one montb.

(d) Complete contact ínformaüon, (to state Phone No., Fax No. and E-maU if

applicable).

(e) Adrnission fce - K 150000 (h1MK).

7. Buyers shall settle payment for tbe purchases wíthin deadline as prescribed by the

Sales Agreement. The necessary arrangements will be made if the buyer desires to bring

his/ her fully paid purchase along with them.

8.. i; Shipment of fully paid purchase to the buyer is made under the EXW(EX

\Vorks)System. Purchase will be timely despatched once the buyer has made full

payment for the purchase. Ernporium Central Cornrnittee will De responsible for loading
