If I purchase Windows Intune or the Windows Intune Add-on for CongMgr & Endpoint Protection under myEnterprise Agreement can I manage x86 PCs?Yes. However, any x86 PC that is managed (either by CongMgr or Windows Intune) is a qualied device under the terms ofyour Enterprise Agreement and must be appropriately licensed.

Will Windows Intune allow me to sideload applications onto Windows 8 or Windows RT?Yes. However, it’s important to remember that a separate sideloading key is required to sideload applications onto Windows and Windows RT. This key does not come with the Windows Intune w/Windows SA subscription. Click here for moreinformation.

When can I buy Windows Intune in these new geographies?The new per user licenses will be available for customers in new geographies to purchase via EA/EAS/EES beginning Dec. 1,

2012. Direct customers may purchase on Jan. 2, 2013. Customers will be provisioned on the new Windows Intune service aftethe GA. We recommend customers in these geographies wait to purchase until after GA of Windows Intune.

When can I buy Windows Intune everywhere else?The new per user licenses will be available for customers in existing geographies to purchase via EA/EAS/EES beginningDec. 1, 2012. Direct customers may purchase beginning Jan. 2, 2013. Customers will be provisioned on the existingWindows Intune service and will receive the new features in early 2013.

What if I already own Windows Intune?Existing customers may continue to use the Windows Intune service (including new features) under the terms of your existinagreement for the duration of the subscription. You do not need to make a choice to adopt the new licensing model until theend of your subscription term.
