Well Christmas is just about here – only 10 more sleeps.
So if you have things to do that must be done before Christmas you had better get a move on, the year is just about gone. The last week has been a difficult time for the Club with the passing of Elaine Harrington. Thank you to those members for their contributions of support and funeral attendance. Elaine was a member of our Club for 19years and made an important contribution to Club activity. She was good company to be with and enjoyed dinner table conversation at meetings. She had a great love of plants and her plant potting and sales always produced good results as club fund raiser. She also contributed to Chocolate sales and relay for life work. She will be sadly missed by the Club and sincere condolences go to her family on this sad and difficult time. The last meeting was an enjoyable evening. Thankyou to Geoff and Anne for their organization of the Military Museum visit and the Heritage House inspection and dinner. All members seemed to enjoy both activities. This Thursday on the 18th Dec is the Clubs Christmas Binner DETAILS AS FOLLOWS –
