• Capitalize on your strengths and improve your self-advocacy skills

• Students think about themselves and learning styles as well as consider alternative ways of learning

• Each student takes assessment & compile results

• Review Myers-Briggs concepts and class results

• Each student gives thought to using class results for organizing into teams (for team assignment)

• Used results to form teams (team assignment)

• Each team member played an important role based on results.

• All teams worked well together based on personality types & balance of diversity within group

• Determine how to leverage their strengths and counteract weaknesses

• Learned how classmates contribute to the class and understand how each adds value in their own unique way to work more effectively together

• Class ranking becomes a “fair” task!
