We, Livingway, Keith Edward and Valencia, Samuel German hereby release 51%, fifty-onepercent of the voting rights to the Naturalized, Affirmed American Nationals that have fulfilled
the terms and conditions of the voting process for their Government of The United States of
America.
Furthermore, the 49%, forty-nine percent remaining shall be released as more stability for the
Government of The United States of America becomes realized with more of a population.
Purpose of the Letter of Release:
THIS IS WHAT THE ORIGINAL PROPRIETOR CLAIMANTS WERE TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH. WHENTHE FIRST CLAIM WAS MADE ON THE METES AND BOUNDS OF THE ORIGINAL CONFEDERACY OF
1781 STYLED: The United States of America. WE AUTOMATICALLY OBTAINED FULL 100% VOTING
RIGHTS. WE HAVE RELEASED EVERYTHING TO A TRUST EXCEPT THE VOTING RIGHTS. WE WERE
TRYING TO HAND 51% OF THE VOTING RIGHTS WITHIN THE CONFEDERACY OVER TO THE REST
OF THE AMERICAN NATIONALS WHICH WILL GIVE EVERYONE THE RIGHT OF NATURALIZATION.THE RIGHT OF NATURALIZATION MEANS THAT ACCORDING TO PARAGRAPH ONE AND TWO OF
THE NORTHWEST ORDINANCE ALL PRESENT DAY AMERICAN NATIONALS HAVE THE RIGHT TO
CLAIM RIGHT OF INHERETANCE AS NATURALIZED AMERICAN NATIONALS AND PASS THEIRSTATUS AND VOTE ONTO THEIR CHILDREN AS AN INHERETANCE. AS THE NATION GROWS, THE
REMAINING 49% WILL DWINDLE FOR THE ORIGINAL CLAMAINTS DOWN TO THEIR ONE VOTE
LIKE ALL OTHER AMERICAN NATIONALS AS PROMISED BY THE PROPRIETOR CLAIMANTS.
NOW THAT AN OFFICIAL ELECTION HAS RECEIVED AT LEAST (51%) FIFTY ONE PERCENT OF THEAVAILABLE VOTES, THE ELECTION OF OFFICE HOLDERS IS COMPLETE. AS PROMISED, THISLETTER OF RELEASE IS NOW FORTH COMING.
