• Base-line study for fighting structural unemployment in the sector of public administration and disadvantaged young/elderly employees and unemployed people specific to the South East of Hungary and Arad County (MTESZ) Months 2-3

• Curriculum development for joint further education programme (with common subject content), reffering to a common cross-border approach of structural unemployment. Cross Border Euro-Entrepreneur course (defining objectives, methodology, skills, areas for education, subject content of modules (MTESZ, UVVG) (Months 2-3):

• Modules: Communication&Negotiation skills; Entepreneurial Skills; Cross-Border Socio-Economic Studies; SMEs Management; Marketing; How to Start a Business Venture?; Cross-Border Business Legislation; Basic Finance and Accountancy; IT&C for SMEs; Hungarian/Romanian Language for Business Purposes;

• Recruiting target group for the course /10 groups for each country (12 persons/group): min. 72 - 72 persons/ (all countries) Month 3

• Implementation /delivery of Cross Border Euro-Entrepreneur course – 2 courses /1 in HU and 1 in RO/ (MTESZ+Romanian partner) Months 4-12

• Organising regular Entrepreneurial skills and Know-How consultancy on a weekly basis both for individuals (either those who would like to start their own businesses, or for those who will want to increase their labour market competitivity, we planned 3 hours per week for individuals and groups attending.

cross border business area to provide competences and know-how for access to business opportunities and employment (highlighting cross-border differences mainly in legislation and employment) (MTESZ, UVVG, FRIMM) Months 5-7
