Deep-Fried Eggplant
Ingredient (A)
300g eggplant, 3 cup oil for deep-frying
Ingredient (B)
Minced chilli pepper as desired, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1tsb sugar, 1 tsp each (minced) garlic cloves and ginger root.
Method :
1. Chop eggplant in pieces. Blend ingredient (B) thoroughly.
2. Heat oil to high and deep-fry eggplant for 2 minutes until tender, remocve. Mix with Ingredient (B) and serve.
