Deep Fries Ice Cream

Ingredients :

1 cup ice cream, 4 slices sliced plain cake

Method :

1. Wrap ice cream in 4 slices of cake. Wrap tightky in clingfilm. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.2. Make batter.3. Heat oil over high heat. Remove clingfilm from ice cream and cake. Dip into batter mixture.

Deep fry until golden. Serve with fruit.
