1. Before Construction of the plant, survey from the
Mine, Mineral & Geological Department was done.
2. Soil Bearing Capacity- Dead Load, Live Load &
Dynamic Load was studied.
3. Safety – Zone V X 1.5Times

3. NX Size-50mm Dia – Core Sampling was done
4. Pilling – 1.5 – 2 Mtrs in Base soil was done
5. Foundation was done on the base soil

identified anticipated on site emergencies likely to occur in the
Factory.
2. To safeguard employees and people in vicinity.
3. To prevent injury to any personnel present in the factory
premises, damage to the company property and to minimize
impact on the environment during identified emergency
situations.
4. To make an accident free, event free, injuries free organization.
5. To define & assess the emergencies, including risk and
environmental impact.
6. To control and contain incidents, minimize damage to property.
