study in two Discipline Specialisations of the B.Ed. (P-12) (two sub-major sequences) as defined

the Accelerated Program within the B. Ed. (P-12).

Graduation Procedures

Graduation is a formal event, and an important part of recognising your academic progress. A

public acknowledgement of your achievement, you will be surrounded and supported by fellow

graduates, friends, family and the VU community.

To receive your award (certificate), you must apply to graduate by the due date. If you complete

your course in Semester 2, the due date is 6 January the following year. If you complete your

course in Semester 1, the due date is 1 July that year. After you apply to graduate, you will

receive the following information approximately six weeks before the graduation ceremonies:

information of your eligibility to graduate a Graduation attendance form, and other relevant

information. If you do not return the Graduation attendance form, the award will be held at the

University until you contact us.
