Del-Val 305 SBS Modified Aluminum Coating Description: Del-Val 305 SBS Modified Aluminum is a premium, reflective elastomeric coating. It is a single component, SBS polymer modified asphalt blended with aluminum pigment. The elastic properties provide great strength and elongation, which results in better weather ability than your typical aluminum coating.

Uses: Del-Val 305 SBS Modified Aluminum is designed to be applied on Modified Bitumen membranes, Built Up Roofing, Concrete, & Metal.

Preparation: The surface must be clean, dry, and free of any dust, oils, debris, or other elements which could interfere with adhesion. Repair all cracks, breaks, splits, and holes and seal all penetrations, flashings, or any susceptible to leaks with any of the following products, Del-Val #213 Elastic Sealant or Roof-Master Plus #221.

Metal Roofs should be power washed to remove and existing coating or rust.

Application: Apply with a soft bristled brush, paint roller or heavy duty spray equipment. Product should be mechanically mixed for several minutes before applying. Spread the product uniformly over the roof surface.

Coverage: Apply at a rate of 1.5 – 2 gallons per 100 sq. ft. for smooth surfaces. On the more pourous surfaces more coating may be required.

Cleanup: Clean tools with mineral spirits, taking necessary precautions when handling combustible liquids.
