Heron Nest Indoor Facility

Indoor facility with large enclosed outdoor space suitable for BBQ’s, concerts, weddings, youth/church groups, corporate and non- corporate events.

Large Outdoor Adventure Playground including, slides, swings, towers, Zip lines and much more.

Orienteering

3 different courses available to suit all abilities, within the park all year round, maps can be purchased from the park office.

Canoe Trail

Free access too Strangford Lough Canoe Trail all year round.(Car parking charges apply)

Ireland’s Only Fresh Air Gym

This state of the art outdoor exercise equipment has been designed for use by both the young, and the young at heart! Over 30 pieces of equipment are dotted throughout the woodland across three trails offering strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, balance and coordination training for all major muscle groups. Equipment is free to use, suitable for all ages and abilities.
