SCOPE OF SERVICESUSE-CASE SCENARIOSUpfront planning is key when it comes to designing successful, compelling mobile apps. Ourexperience with apps allows us to map out the most efficient path to accomplishing the goals ofyour project. Our first goal in this phase is to articulate all the desired functionality and outlineexactly how your app will work.

The purpose of use-case scenarios is to defining user goals, what they want to accomplish, and thebest way to present the information they need. We'll also define:

YOUR AUDIENCE• What they want from the app for themselves/colleagues/clients/friends

• Which tools we can provide to meet their needs

• Which action(s) they want to take or goals will they want to accomplish with the app

• How can we maximize functionality within the app to expedite tasks

• What content will be needed

CONTENTFor this step in the process, any additional content you want to have in the app that is not currentlyon your website must be provided. Having final content will help us iron out any unknowns wemight encounter in designing the flow of the app and presenting it to the user.

BRANDING THE APPWe're sure we don't have to tell you how important branding is in business and the branding of anapplication is an important part of:

• Creating cohesiveness across digital media (print > web > mobile)

• Helping users understand what the app will do for them (convenience > fun > savings)

• Communicating the quality of the product

The key items we'll consider in branding this app:

• How to work with your existing brand in promoting the app

• Working with existing artwork to determine the best execution for app iconography

DEVELOPMENTThe app development phase is a quiet time in the project as far as client feedback. Unlike websitedevelopment where there may be visuals to approve or interaction regarding content, all of thiswork is done before entering the app development phase.

LAUNCH IN APP STORETo protect iOS & Android users and to make sure there are no security vulnerabilities, a review of allsubmitted apps is required before they are accepted to the App Store. This is a straightforward andstandard practice and usually only takes about a week. In the event there is any feedback, we willdeal with those issues for you to get your app finalized and ready for distribution.

APP PROMOTION CONSULTATIONJust like the proverbial tree falling in the forest, if an app is developed without any promotion, willanyone download it? Before the app launches it's important to have a defined strategy for thelaunch and promotion. Planning for the app launch should begin before the app is submitted.

We'll work with you to develop a strong promotion strategy that achieves your goals for the app,works within the App Store parameters and makes customers flock to download your app!

STATEMENT OF WORK &CONTRACTDate: September 27, 2016

Between "us", Brevard Apps, and "you", Essentials Medispa & Salon. You Essentials Medispa &Salon, located at 1705 Berglund Ln, Viera, FL 32940 are hiring Brevard Apps located at 51 NWCarolina St, West Melbourne, FL 32904 to design and customize a native mobile app for the Android& iOS devices, for the total price of $7,800 as outlined in our previous correspondence.

1.0 MUTUAL COOPERATIONWe agree to use our best efforts to fulfill and exceed your expectation on the deliverables listedabove. You agree to aid us in doing so by making available to us needed information pertaining toyour website and any additional content or images, and to cooperate with us in expediting the work.

2.0 TERMS OF PAYMENT2.1 BILLING SCHEDULEWe’re sure you understand how important it is as a small business that you pay the invoices that wesend you promptly. We’re also sure you’ll want to maintain a positive working relationship and keepthe project moving forward, so you agree to stick tight to the following payment schedule.

Total budget for this project: $7,800 native app for Android, iPhone and iPad.

Brevard Apps will invoice Essentials Medispa & Salon an amount of $3,900 of the total project feesat point of this signed contract agreement which will act as the deposit. The remaining 50% will bebilled monthly as the service hours are spent or when the project is launched. Before the app issubmitted to the app stores, the total budget for the project must be paid in full. The $135/mo appservice fee will be billed on the day the app is live and available for download in either the GooglePlay or iTunes store, and the $135/mo service fee will be billed thereafter on the 1st of each month.

2.2 CLIENT AGREEMENT TO PAYThe parties each individually represent and warrant that each has full power and authority to enterinto this Agreement and to perform all of their obligations hereunder without violating the legal orequitable rights of any third party.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES OF BREVARD APPS AND ESSENTIALSMEDISPA & SALON3.1 BREVARD APPS'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR RELEASESWe shall obtain releases, licenses, permits or other authorization to use testimonials, copyrightedmaterials, photographs, art work or any other property or rights belonging to third parties obtainedby us for use in performing services for you (If applicable).

3.2 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR RELEASESYou guarantee that all elements of text, images, or other artwork you provide are either owned byyour good selves, or that you have permission to use them.

3.3 ENTIRE AGREEMENTYou’ll own the visual elements that we create for this project. We’ll give you source files and finishedfiles and you should keep them somewhere safe as we’re not required to keep a copy. You own allelements of text, images and data you provided, unless someone else owns them.

As for the features and functionality outlined in the above correspondence - your custom mobileapplication will be built on the Ionic platform.

You will own all aspects of the developed application including:

• Source code

• Any and all associated databases

• All graphics

• All files associated with the application

We guarantee that your application can be live with any hosting service. You will not be tied toBrevard Apps post development, and we will not be changing the cost structure of the application.

The cart system will be developed with a checkout wallet so Essentials Medispa & Salon clients canstore (add credit to their wallet) to pre-pay for future purchases. We will be using Magento with aSQL database, and this will be hosted on heroku.com per our recommendation - as this service willbe optimal for security and PCI compliance, and your application will be connected through an API.

All access will be handed over to Essentials Medispa & Salon, along with the original database andsource code for Magento as this is open source. So everything will be deliverable to be used on anyhosting provider - however our recommendation is to remain it on said hosting.

3.4 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCURACYYou shall be responsible for the accuracy, completeness and propriety of information concerningyour products and services which you furnish to us verbally or in writing in connection with theperformance of this Agreement.

4.0 CONFIDENTIALITYBrevard Apps acknowledges its responsibility, both during and after the term of its appointment, touse all reasonable efforts to preserve the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidentialinformation or data developed by Brevard Apps on behalf of Essentials Medispa & Salon ordisclosed by Essentials Medispa & Salon to Brevard Apps.

5.0 GENERAL PROVISIONS5.1 GOVERNING LAWThis Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

5.2 REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIESExcept as otherwise set forth or referred to in this Agreement, this Agreement constitutes the soleand entire Agreement and understanding between the parties hereto as to the subject matterhereof, and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements and understandings of every kind andnature between them as to such subject matter.
